Google is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager in Labs/GDM-SRE to lead cross-functional launch readiness, operational reliability, machine learning and compute capacity, and release coordination for AI products. The role partners with engineering, SRE, product, and senior stakeholders to standardize release playbooks, enforce SLOs and failover architectures, manage capacity lifecycles, build launch tooling, and provide risk and capacity forecasts to leadership. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience, 10 years of program management experience, and experience with AI/ML projects, cloud capacity management, technical program management, partner management, and release readiness.
