Anduril Industries is hiring a Technical Program Manager to own cross-team engineering programs across its Lattice Simulation group, from definition through test and delivery. The role will establish planning, tracking, and delivery processes, run group operating cadence, surface blockers, escalate tradeoffs, and hold senior engineers and managers accountable. Candidates need at least five years of TPM experience in fast-paced software development, hands-on software or engineering knowledge, strong project management and analytical skills, and eligibility for an active U.S. security clearance. The role offers a US salary range of $166,000 to $220,000, with competitive equity and benefits for full-time employees.
