Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT, or an equivalent field
Required Previous Experiences: 6+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams
Experience leading complex technical programs for mechanical cooling and/or controls systems in large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical buildings
5+ years of technical product or program management and project management experience, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management
Preferred Qualifications: 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
Experience defining KPIs and SLAs for multi-million-dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering focused on thermal or cooling solutions
3+ years developing and validating direct-to-chip or immersion liquid-cooling hardware products
2+ years of experience in mechanical systems and controls, power electronics, hardware, or datacenter architecture
