Description
WHOOP is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager (NPI) to lead manufacturing development and launch execution for new hardware programs. The role owns the manufacturing and operations NPI workstream from early concept through production ramp, coordinating with engineering, quality, supply chain, operations, and manufacturing partners to deliver build readiness, factory readiness, issue resolution, and high-quality product launches. The position is based in WHOOP’s Boston, Massachusetts office, requires international travel of up to 25%, and offers a U.S. base salary of $150,000 to $195,000 plus equity and benefits.
