Description
Superhuman is hiring a Senior TPM to lead the technical program for its Central Infrastructure, which provides shared identity, billing, provisioning, SKU, and data systems across its products. The role owns the sequenced roadmap, coordinates engineering DRIs with product, growth, RevOps, Finance, and M&A stakeholders, establishes repeatable onboarding playbooks, runs operating cadences, and delivers instrumentation and reporting. Candidates need at least five years of experience driving complex cross-functional technical programs in fast-scaling technology companies, deep platform and infrastructure knowledge, and experience orchestrating programs with multiple organizational dependencies.
