Description
Zendesk is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager within its Product Development team to lead multiple complex, cross-functional technical programs. The role owns program governance, OKR delivery, risk mitigation, change control, stakeholder alignment, and decision-making forums, while mentoring program management peers and improving planning and execution standards. Candidates need prior software-company experience leading engineering programs, at least three large-scale product or software releases, familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Kanban, and experience managing multiple global programs.
