Description
Redwood Materials is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager for its Production Engineering team in Sparks, Nevada. The role owns and drives manufacturing and production-engineering programs that improve throughput, yield, uptime, and cost, coordinating engineering, operations, maintenance, quality, safety, and supply chain teams from problem definition through commissioning, qualification, and operational handoff. The position requires 2–6 years of program or project management experience in a manufacturing, process, or heavy industrial environment, technical fluency with production systems, proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project, and willingness to work on the plant floor in varied industrial conditions with less than 10% travel.
