Description
Redwood Materials is hiring a full-time Senior Technical Program Manager, Production Engineering in Sparks, Nevada. The role owns production engineering programs that improve throughput, yield, uptime, and cost; sequences engineering work around production and planned-outage windows; manages commissioning, qualification, acceptance testing, safety reviews, and operational readiness; coordinates with engineering, operations, quality, safety, supply chain, and other teams; and reports risks and program status. The position requires a BS or MS in Engineering or equivalent evidence, 2–6 years of program or project management experience in manufacturing, process, or heavy industrial environments, and experience with production ramp, capacity expansion, or continuous improvement programs in an operating plant.
