ALTEN Technology USA is hiring a Sr. Technical Program Manager – Robotics Software to lead complex, multi-team robotics software programs across product development and sustaining engineering. The role coordinates software and systems teams, translates product goals into execution plans, manages interdependencies and Agile delivery, supports feature validation and system bring-up, and oversees readiness for deployment. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, robotics, or a related technical discipline, at least 10 years of technical program management or similar experience, and familiarity with robotics software, software architecture, and Agile development.
