SailPoint is hiring a remote Technical Program Manager in the United States to serve as the operational backbone of a product security program spanning 12+ concurrent initiatives, 10 recurring BAU activities, and multiple vendor engagements. The role owns initiative roadmaps, cross-functional dependencies, procurement and POCs, capacity tracking, executive reporting, and program metrics, while building relationships with engineering, product, DevOps, platform, and cybersecurity leadership. It requires 7+ years of technical program management experience, including at least 3 years managing security, infrastructure, or platform engineering programs, along with familiarity with security domains, Jira and Confluence, and strong written communication. The role offers a base salary of $97,900–$165,082 USD for US-based employees and medical, dental, and vision insurance among other benefits.
