SentinelOne is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager, Services Operations to manage program execution across Customer Outcomes workstreams, including threat intelligence partnerships, AI model access arrangements, and ThreatOps engagements. The role coordinates vendors, engineering, product, research, security, legal, marketing, and external partners; tracks milestones, risks, KPIs, dependencies, and stakeholder communications; and drives process improvements. Candidates should have at least seven years of technical program management, project management, or service delivery experience in technology or cybersecurity, along with vendor and partner relationship experience, AI/ML model deployment knowledge, and strong stakeholder communication skills. The U.S. role offers a base salary of $132,000 to $182,000 USD and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
