Airwallex is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to scale its Solutions organization by establishing global operating mechanisms, strategic program governance, reporting cadences, prioritization, handoff design, and accountability. The role will also build and run a Feature Builder Program, improve self-serve support and reusable technical assets, and connect customer feedback to documentation, tooling, and product decisions. It requires strong program management, technical-environment collaboration, organizational judgment, and the ability to translate strategy into execution across engineering, product, commercial, and delivery teams.
