REGENT is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the execution of its Viceroy Seaglider program, including the integrated master schedule, budget, risks, gate readiness, resource and budget planning, and reporting. The role partners with the Chief Engineer and VP of Programs through PDR, CDR, build, and test, while aligning engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and certification teams. Candidates should have experience managing complex hardware development programs through design gates, maintaining credible baselines, managing risk, leading matrix teams, and understanding regulated development or certification processes.
