Description
The Senior Technical Project Manager – AI & Robotics Foundation Models will lead cross-functional teams delivering AI-driven robotics programs from concept through validated deployment on real hardware. The role sets technical direction for fine-tuning VLA and other foundation models, owns the training and evaluation loop, coordinates data collection, simulation, deployment and validation, and resolves technical blockers. It requires a master's degree in a relevant technical field, at least seven years leading complex technical projects, hands-on foundation-model and robotics experience, Python and PyTorch or TensorFlow proficiency, and strong English and German communication skills.
