Description

Intact is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of initiatives focused on Data & Analytics, Finance transformation, Oracle ERP Cloud Fusion, and AI-enhanced SDLC improvements. This role involves leading Scrum teams, managing hybrid delivery models, and ensuring strong governance and measurable outcomes within a financial services environment. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in delivering complex programs for the Insurance, Reinsurance, or Banking sectors.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 7–12+ years of technical project/program management experience delivering enterprise technology initiatives.
Proven Agile/Scrum leadership plus hybrid project execution (stage gates, cutover planning, integrated schedules).
Deep Jira expertise (workflows, boards, dashboards, automation, JQL reporting).
Budget management experience up to $2M (planning, forecasting, burn, variance, vendor cost control).
Preferred Qualifications: Data platform/tooling: Snowflake, Databricks, Azure/AWS/GCP data services, dbt, Airflow; BI tools such as Power BI/Tableau.
Oracle integration tooling/patterns: OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, ETL/ELT, file-based integrations; understanding of finance data models.
Experience with data governance tools/processes (catalog, lineage, stewardship operating model).
Familiarity with GenAI delivery patterns (RAG, evaluation, prompt lifecycle, hallucination mitigation).
Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), Oracle Cloud (optional).
