Description

ValidaTek is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to serve as a primary point of contact for the CIO and directorate, providing strategic and operational support across enterprise IT and cybersecurity initiatives. The role covers technology strategy, portfolio and project planning, enterprise architecture, cloud and data initiatives, governance, resource allocation, cost-benefit analysis, and briefings to senior government executives. Candidates must hold an active Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility, an active PMP certification, and extensive experience across IT, cybersecurity, infrastructure, networking, cloud, data, unified communications, CI/CD, and legacy-system migration environments.

Required Previous Experiences: At least 1 year of experience leading and supervising teams in IT/cyberspace work within the last 3 years.
At least 5 years of experience briefing a CIO and CISO on agency-wide actions within the last 5 years.
At least 2 years of experience overseeing personnel responsible for USCYBERCOM or subordinate-commander orders within the last 7 years.
At least 3 years of experience leading and supervising teams in government and private-sector networking and infrastructure environments within the last 10 years.
At least 3 years of experience building, operating, securing, defending, and extending LAN/WAN environments within the last 10 years.
At least 5 years of experience with unified communications and VTC systems within the last 7 years.
At least 1 year of experience leading teams operating CI/CD pipelines within the last 3 years.
