The recruiter will build targeted candidate lists, run outreach, assess technical fit, partner with engineering hiring managers, deliver a high-quality candidate experience, and provide market insight. The role requires a strong track record of sourcing passive candidates, full-cycle recruiting experience in engineering or technical roles, technical acumen, data-driven decision-making, and practical experience using AI tools. Compensation is $142,000–$170,000 USD annually, with medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance coverage.
