Treeswift is hiring a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle technical recruiting for hardware and robotics searches, partnering with engineering, hardware, software, and other leaders. The role includes sourcing exceptional talent, building proactive candidate pipelines, managing candidate experience, and helping evolve recruiting practices. Candidates should have at least six years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including technical recruiting in an early-stage or high-growth technology company, with hardware and robotics experience preferred. The position is based in New York City or San Francisco and offers a base salary of $150,000 to $190,000 per year for New York City-based applicants, plus equity and benefits.
