Alpaca is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for high-impact technical roles, primarily within Engineering. The role partners with Engineering leaders, manages concurrent technical searches, builds talent pipelines, reports on hiring performance, improves candidate experience, and leverages AI and recruiting technology. Candidates need at least six years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including hiring software engineers and other technical talent, along with strong sourcing, stakeholder management, ATS, and distributed-team experience.
