Description
Beacon Software is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and adjacent functions across Beacon and its portfolio companies. The role partners with technical leaders, sources candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, communities, networks, and AI-assisted tools, manages pipelines and offer negotiations, and helps build employer brand in markets including San Francisco, Toronto, and New York. Candidates need at least seven years of technical recruiting experience, strong engineering talent calibration, polished communication, self-direction, Ashby or Greenhouse experience, and a BA/BS degree.
