Commure is hiring a Senior Recruiter to support growth across its Engineering, Product, and Design teams. The role focuses on full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, candidate pipelines, interview planning, hiring targets, recruiting metrics, and talent strategy through partnerships with hiring leaders. It requires at least three years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume software recruitment and is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in the Mountain View or Los Angeles office.
