Description
Envoy is hiring a senior technical recruiter to own and close complex engineering, product, and data searches, including senior, staff, and leadership roles. The role advises executives on organizational design, leveling, and compensation strategy; leads compensation and equity negotiations; develops sourcing and recruiting processes; analyzes recruiting metrics; and mentors recruiters. Candidates need at least 8 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, a strong record closing senior technical talent in competitive situations, deep technical knowledge, executive relationship skills, and proficiency with recruiting tools and data-driven sourcing.
