Description
Eon is hiring a hands-on Technical Recruiter to own the full recruiting cycle for technical and customer-facing roles, including Field Engineers, Solutions Architects, Technical Support, Technical Customer Success, and SCM. The role partners with hiring managers and senior technical and GTM leaders, sources and screens candidates, manages candidate experiences, maintains Greenhouse data, and helps build recruiting infrastructure. Candidates should have at least five years of recruiting experience focused on technical or customer-facing technical roles, strong sourcing and stakeholder-management skills, and experience in a startup or high-growth technology company is a plus. The salary range is $130,000–$190,000 plus equity, with medical, dental, and vision benefits.
