Foundry Robotics is hiring a full-time Engineering Recruiting Manager in Emeryville, California, to own end-to-end hiring for mechanical, manufacturing, process, test, and quality engineering roles and to manage the staffing agency supplying hourly contract technicians. The role includes competency mapping, interviewer training and calibration, talent competitor analysis, agency selection and rate negotiation, SLA and quality-scorecard management, and contractor retention tracking. Candidates need at least five years of technical recruiting experience in hardware environments, familiarity with mechanical and manufacturing engineering concepts, agency-management experience, and comfort working on a shop floor. The position offers a base salary of $145,000–$180,000 USD plus equity and benefits.
