Description
The Senior Recruiter manages end-to-end full-cycle recruitment for complex enterprise and strategic client requisitions across IT, engineering, and life sciences. The role partners with Account Managers, Sales leaders, hiring managers, and client stakeholders; sources, screens, interviews, and presents candidates; maintains talent pipelines; supports candidate and client experience; and mentors junior recruiters. It requires recruiting experience in staffing, workforce solutions, or consulting, enterprise-account experience, STEM recruiting experience, strong sourcing and stakeholder-communication skills, and ATS and CRM proficiency.
