This role involves partnering with leadership for workforce planning, sourcing, attracting, identifying, and closing candidates across all functional areas. The recruiter will also help shape the recruiting function, operating with a high degree of ownership and autonomy. This position requires in-person presence at the company headquarters in Torrance, CA.
