Skydio is hiring a Senior+ Technical Recruiter to lead engineering searches, build talent pipelines, advise hiring leaders, and shape recruiting strategy as the company scales. The role partners with People Operations, Compensation, and Finance; supports executive-level recruiting engagements; and helps improve recruiting processes and culture. It is based at Skydio’s San Mateo, California headquarters on a hybrid schedule with three office days per week, and offers an annual base salary of $145,000 to $227,000 plus equity and benefits.
