Verkada is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to partner with Software Engineering leaders and own the full-cycle recruiting process for software engineering roles, from sourcing and screening through candidate presentation and closing. The role manages recruiting pipelines, candidate communications, stakeholder collaboration, and Greenhouse documentation while delivering a high-quality candidate experience. Candidates need at least five years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth startup or technology company, and must be based in the Bay Area or open to relocating to San Mateo, California. The position offers an annual on-target earnings range of $135,000 to $175,000 USD and does not offer visa sponsorship.
