Description
Garner is hiring a contract Senior Technical Recruiter to report to the Director of Technical Recruiting and manage full-cycle recruiting for complex searches across Engineering, Data, and Product. The role owns sourcing strategies, talent pipelines, candidate assessment, stakeholder partnerships, and applicant tracking system documentation, and is available for remote work from anywhere. It is a six-month contract with a target hourly rate of $70–$80, and Garner does not sponsor employment visas.
