Description
SentinelOne is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter on a contract basis to recruit technical talent for its Americas region. The role covers full-cycle recruiting across Product, Engineering, IT, and Security teams; sourcing passive candidates; partnering with executives and stakeholders; improving recruiting processes; and managing recruiting projects. Candidates should have at least five years of technical recruiting experience in high-tech or SaaS, experience with globally scaled engineering organizations, strong sourcing and candidate-experience skills, familiarity with AI recruiting tools, compensation and equity knowledge, and experience with Greenhouse ATS.
