FINN is hiring a remote Talent Acquisition Manager to build and scale high-quality engineering, product, and data teams across the Asia-Pacific and EMEA regions. The role owns full-cycle hiring, sourcing passive candidates, structured interview processes, pipeline health, and talent-market insights, while partnering with hiring managers and senior engineering leaders. Candidates should have 6–9+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, strong technical hiring expertise, sourcing ability, and the capacity to operate with ownership in a fast-paced scaling environment.
