The role owns end-to-end hiring, hiring strategy, headcount planning, sourcing, candidate experience, assessment practices, recruiter team management, and hiring analytics. It requires a proven record hiring technical talent, strong talent judgment, technical-market knowledge, sourcing and ATS experience, and stakeholder-management skills. The position offers a New York base salary of $130,000–$210,000 USD, equity, healthcare benefits, and a remote-first culture with an NYC headquarters.
