Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring an onsite Senior Technical Service Advisor to represent HPE Networking customers and Juniper, manage post-sales support and care plans, coordinate escalated network issues, support service and product sales, and deliver technical analysis, health checks, configuration reviews, and deployment recommendations. The role requires strong IP and Layer 2/3 networking knowledge, 8+ years of experience in datacenter and IP/MPLS networks, customer-facing experience, and the ability to work independently in an unstructured environment.
