Description
AirTrunk is hiring a Senior Technical Services Manager to oversee critical data centre environment maintenance, coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, construction, capacity, safety, compliance, customer escalation, vendor management, and operational metrics. The role leads and mentors site-based technical resources, manages OPEX budgets, and supports customer service provisioning and minor capital projects. It requires at least five years of experience in data centre facilities, engineering operations, or related fields, along with knowledge of data centre infrastructure, regulatory requirements, maintenance documentation, single-line diagrams, and third-party service provider management.
