Ascend Technologies is hiring a Senior Technical Services Manager for a fully onsite role in Conway, Arkansas. The position leads Technical Operations, Network Engineering, and Systems Engineering teams supporting a 24x7 healthcare environment, while also contributing hands-on senior systems engineering work. Responsibilities include managing staffing and schedules, overseeing incident, problem, change, configuration, capacity, patching, vulnerability, and lifecycle management, coordinating major incidents and production changes, and developing infrastructure roadmaps and resilience improvements. The role requires at least 10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in technical services, managed services, or consulting, with a preferred bachelor's degree and strong ITIL and knowledge-management experience.
