Description
This role involves managing and improving technical services for various aircraft platforms, including Cirrus SR22, Pilatus PC21, Hawk Mk65/A and Mk165, along with their components like engines and ground equipment. The manager ensures strict compliance with continuing airworthiness requirements, manages materiel deficiency reports, supports reliability programs, handles airworthiness directives, and oversees modifications and technical logs. Additionally, the role includes developing Saudi National expertise through coaching and mentoring, conducting performance reviews, and assisting in the deputation of the O&AT Head of Continuing Airworthiness.
