Description
The role provides technical services to clients and internal teams, scopes and documents technical program and project requirements, collaborates with commercial and operations teams, prepares technical evaluations, test procedures, SOPs, and laboratory instructions, and leads process improvement and team coaching. It requires a university degree in a related field and generally six years of related work experience, along with strong technical judgment, communication, customer-influence, project-management, and global virtual-work abilities.
