Description
Braze is hiring a Solutions Operations Engineer to build and maintain shared systems for its Solutions Consulting organization, including demo automation, agent and MCP skill packages, workflow plugins, and a reusable asset repository. The role also owns field signal, prioritizes work, produces insights for regional leadership, reconciles regional metrics, identifies process friction, and partners with Field Architecture, POC Program Delivery, Security & Privacy, Tech Partnerships, and RFP Management. Candidates should have experience in operations, go-to-market engineering, solutions engineering, or technical program management in B2B SaaS, along with scripting, light application development, AI tooling, Salesforce, BI, and warehouse experience.
