Description
The Senior Technical Specialist, Data Automation will design, develop, maintain, and support automated data workflows, integrations, reporting, analytics, and data quality solutions for the Ontario Medical Association. The role partners with OMA Insurance and other business stakeholders, translates requirements into scalable technical solutions, and supports data governance, privacy, security, and continuous improvement. It requires an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of data analytics, reporting, and automation experience, and Microsoft and cloud technology expertise. The position is based in Toronto on a permanent hybrid schedule and offers a hiring salary range of $92,835–$98,640 plus pension and bonus benefits.
