Description
Reflect Orbital is hiring a Senior Technical Supply Chain Manager, Satellite Hardware to own the direct supply chain for satellite flight hardware from prototype and NPI through production. The role covers sourcing, supplier qualification, RFQs, long-lead and critical-path material planning, purchase-order management, shortage resolution, supplier relationships, and material-readiness visibility, while partnering with engineering, manufacturing, test, and quality teams. The position requires at least five years of experience in technical sourcing, hardware supply chain, procurement, material planning, supplier industrialization, manufacturing operations, or NPI for complex hardware, with satellite or high-reliability hardware experience preferred.
