Flow Traders is hiring a Technical Support Engineer for its Enterprise Systems team in Amsterdam. The role provides end-user technical support across Windows environments, office infrastructure, and trading-floor operations, including incident resolution, workstation and AV setup, access provisioning, monitoring, asset management, and knowledge-base documentation. Candidates should have 2–5 years of similar experience or strong relevant internships, solid Windows and Microsoft fundamentals, hardware and workstation experience, basic networking knowledge, strong problem-solving and customer-service skills, and English proficiency.
