Nightwing is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer in Annapolis Junction, Maryland, to provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 escalation support for mission-critical IT systems, applications, and infrastructure. The role involves advanced troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, system ownership, mentoring junior team members, service improvement, documentation, and user training. Candidates must have 10+ years of relevant technical support experience or an approved equivalent combination of education and experience, an active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance, IAT Level II certification compliance, and U.S. citizenship. The position is contingent upon contract award and offers a salary of $122,000-$253,000 plus medical, vision, dental, retirement, paid time off, and holiday benefits.
