Synopsys is hiring a Customer Excellence Engineer to help customers solve complex CFD and thermal simulation problems using Synopsys and Ansys Fluids products. The role combines technical support, customer relationship management, technical content creation, process improvement, defect validation, and evaluation of AI-generated support responses. Candidates need a bachelor's, master's, or PhD in a relevant engineering discipline, hands-on experience with commercial CAE tools, strong fluid-dynamics and numerical-methods knowledge, clear English communication skills, and U.S. citizenship.
