Rocket Lab is hiring a Senior Trainer to develop and deliver hands-on aerospace manufacturing, assembly, and repair training for technicians at its Space Structures Complex in Middle River, Maryland. The role covers composite materials, aerospace standards, work instructions, proficiency assessments, onboarding, recurrent and cross-training, and collaboration with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams. Candidates need a high school diploma, at least eight years of manufacturing or related experience, training and mentoring experience, composite certification, and proficiency with precision measurement and composite assembly tools. The position requires physical work at heights, in tight spaces, and with heavy lifting, and offers a base pay range of $30–$39 USD for Maryland-only employment.
