MANTECH is hiring a Senior Technical Training Project Manager for a fully remote position with assignments in Virginia, Florida, Maryland, and other locations. The role develops, implements, evaluates, and improves technical and nontechnical training programs; manages professional associates and supervisors; sets operational priorities; resolves complex business problems; and guides internal and external stakeholders. Candidates need a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctorate degree with the corresponding years of supervisory and training experience, strong training and team-supervision knowledge, and the ability to travel up to 75% of the year. The projected compensation range is $139,700 to $250,700, with health insurance and other benefits depending on the position.
