Description
The Senior Technical Training Specialist supports UL Solutions' Technical Training Leadership and Business Operations by planning, developing, and delivering technical training for products, standards, certifications, and emerging technologies. The role leads local, regional, and global training projects; administers the Absorb Learning Management System; creates technical curricula and education materials; evaluates training effectiveness; manages vendors and purchase orders; and partners with technical subject matter experts, sales, marketing, and external customers. It is a full-time hybrid position based in Northbrook, Illinois, with three days in the office, and offers a base salary of $90,000–$105,000 plus bonus and benefits.
