The Technical Writer develops, maintains, and improves technical documentation for software and hardware products, including user guides, online help, knowledge base articles, and release notes. The role collaborates with engineering, product, support, and subject matter experts throughout the documentation lifecycle, from requirements gathering and audience analysis through content creation, review, publication, and maintenance. The position requires strong English writing skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with technical communication, structured writing, and modern documentation tools; a degree in a related technical field is preferred but not required.
