Technical Systems Integration, Inc. is hiring a Senior Technical Writer to lead S1000D-compliant Interactive Electronic Technical Manual development and publishing for U.S. Navy programs at Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division. The role oversees XML coding, technical publications specifications, configuration and logistics data management, technical reviews, and documentation status, while mentoring technical writing staff. It is a full-time hybrid position based in the Panama City Beach, Florida area, with work at TSI's contractor facility and occasional work or meetings at NSWC PCD. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least seven years of senior-level XML technical manual experience, recent S1000D content management experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET security clearance. Compensation is $100,000 to $105,000 yearly, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
