Optro is hiring a Technical Writer to own and improve customer- and developer-facing documentation for its AI-powered GRC Intelligence Platform. The role collaborates with Product, Engineering, Design, product marketing, and support teams; drafts, edits, and publishes accurate content; improves information architecture, terminology, and reusable content workflows; and builds an AI-assisted workflow for content collection, drafting, and publication. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in technical writing or technical support with a writing component in a B2B SaaS or similar environment, along with strong communication, process-improvement, documentation-system, and content-quality skills.
