The Senior Technical Writer produces clear, accurate, and compliant technical documentation and proposal content for federal, state, and local government RFP responses. The role translates complex IT solutions involving cloud, cybersecurity, software development, infrastructure, or data/AI into evaluator-friendly writing, independently manages proposal sections, maintains compliance matrices, supports junior writers and SMEs, and contributes to reusable technical content libraries. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least six years of technical writing experience, with substantial government proposal experience; the stated salary is $120,000 to $130,000.
